ABOUT ME
Following qualification in 2008 from the University of Reading, I joined the NHS and worked for 14 years across the 3 different Primary Care Trusts providing Speech and Language Therapy for children and young people from 6 months to 16 years of age.
During this time I worked with children with a range of different speech, language and communication needs / differences.
My work has included assessment and therapy with children and their families as well as nurseries, mainstream schools and specialist schools to help ensure each child's needs are understood and well supported to help each child reach their full potential. I have also supported education settings in developing their own universal and targeted provision to help speech and language therapy to be integrated into children's daily lives.
I am passionate about communication and I provide personalised care to meet the needs of each child, their family and education setting.
